Careers with Integrity
Take your telehealth therapy skills and income to the next level this year! Do you love the autonomy of private practice but wish for more collegiality and administrative support to take care of all the back-end stuff for you? Are you a solo telehealth therapist but find the work too isolating? Or are you with a mega tele-health platform and feel like a little cog in a giant wheel? Is private practice a dream of yours but one that feels too overwhelming and elusive to tackle on your own?
Integrity Psychological Services is a boutique group practice of talented and caring clinicians who are all refugees from the community mental health world of burnout and low wages. Since our start in 2010, we've had tremendous growth and are pleased to again be recruiting for Pennsylvania-licensed therapists to join our group (Ph.D., Psy.D, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
You'll provide individual psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, adjustment-related or relationship issues. We see children, teens, adults, and couples, though we don't expect you to work with all these groups unless you wish to. We currently have needs in all areas but especially for therapists who work with children and teens.
We'd love to meet you if the following sounds like you:
-
You have a clear and active license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania (or are a PSYPACT psychologist).
-
You have the skills and experience to practice independently but also value and appreciate collaborative consultation no matter how long you've been practicing.
-
You strive to become a better clinician through continuing education not just because you need the hours but because you look for ways to be better and enjoy the learning process.
-
You have a good sense of your clinical style. You know which clients you work best with, which ones you don't, and can talk about why that is.
-
You're well-organized and prompt in responding to client emails and calls.
-
You engage well with clients via telehealth, and you have an appropriate confidential space to work. (If you're local to us in the Pittsburgh area, there's the option to telework from the office if desired.)
-
You're tech-savvy enough to use a web-based practice system and to fill out an Excel spreadsheet.
-
You appreciate having the ball handed to you but then know how to take it and run with it. You own your results.
-
Ideally, you're already credentialed with Highmark, BC/BS, UPMC, UBH, and/or Aetna (we are not a Medicaid practice)
-
You understand that good client retention is a two-way street between you and the client.
Responsibilities
-
Conduct individual or couples therapy via a HIPAA-secure telehealth platform
-
Maintain complete documentation within the legal and ethical guidelines of specific licensure
-
Interface with administrative support staff by phone or email as needed
-
Maintain your own schedule and communicate your availability to the admin team
-
Send Excel Spreadsheet each week as a billing sheet for the admin team so that they can bill your claims for you
-
Participate in continuing education as is relevant to your license and areas of specialization/interest
Qualifications
-
Previous experience doing telehealth highly preferred
-
Credentialing is strongly preferred but not required
-
An active clinical license is a must. We're unable to offer supervision for licensure at this time.
-

-
Comfort with using technology (video, email) and working remotely
-
Comfortable and skilled in working with high-functioning, psychologically-minded clients who are interested in personal growth and development
-
Willingness to conduct 12 to 25+ sessions per week. (It's possible to see a full load of 20 in only 3 or 4 days)
-
Comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues
-
Interested and skilled in the use of evidence-based, empirically supported interventions
About Integrity Psychological Services
Integrity Psychological Services is a collegial group that strongly values mutual respect. We support each other as a team, have fun together, and take pride in the fact that we are a 'no drama' practice. As refugees from the community health world of high burnout and low wages, we place a strong emphasis on having individual control over the type of work we do, and on working in a way that better balances professional and personal life. We don't believe in the "one therapist fits all" model of treatment. We think that we each do our best clinical work when we're free to develop our unique clinical strengths for use with our "ideal" clients and we support one another in developing those niches. Integrity Psych offers a very competitive, tiered compensation package so that your compensation grows as your practice does.
