Dr. Heidi McKenzie

I'm an experienced, licensed psychologist who has been helping people get "unstuck" from unhelpful behavior patterns for over 20 years. Whether you're facing a temporary, difficult life situation or struggling with more long-standing problems like depression or anxiety, I can help.
Dr. Jill Fischer
Psychologist / Co-Owner
Whether you’re a therapy veteran or a newbie, I believe I can help. Because I believe that therapy is not a “one size fits all” endeavor, I will listen to what you want to get out of therapy so that I can use my expertise to guide you in a way that fits your unique needs and circumstances.
Dr. Jennifer Tari
I’m an experienced, licensed clinical psychologist and have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. In that time, I have helped people with problems from many angles and virtually every “walk of life” and all ages to live more fulfilling lives.
Dr. Lisa Phillips
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who has worked with children and family services for the majority of my career. As such, I have worked with clients across the life span, including couples work, substance use and recovery, spiritual dilemmas, parent training, and most recently, elder therapy.
Deciding to seek therapy shows your courage and desire to work towards improving your overall health and well-being. I’m a licensed professional counselor and board-certified art therapist with over 12 years of experience working within the mental health field.
If complicated life situations are causing you to feel overwhelmed and/or depressed, you may appreciate the opportunity to talk about them with a compassionate, caring, and open-minded professional. I work with adults, children, adolescents, and couples.
Talking about your personal life with a stranger is an unnerving thought. As an experienced therapist with adults, adolescents and couples, I’ll help you through that first difficult step so that you can move forward to find the solutions you seek.
Life is stressful. Even the best organized, thoughtful, careful, intelligent person finds themselves overwhelmed and feeling alone. Whether it's a long-term chronic issue or dealing with a newer problem such as a job challenge, or relationship issue - I can help.
We each have an experience and perspective that is authentic, valuable, and unique. Our journey may be exciting and fulfilling but also painful and confusing at times. In my practice, I respect the courage that it takes to reach out to a therapist and it is an honor to be invited into your life experience.
Therapy is one of the most personal and most empowering choices that you can make to support your health and happiness. Life can be full of uncertainties and challenges that benefit from having a positive, supportive, and non-judgmental person in your corner.
Whether you’re experiencing a major life overhaul, navigating a tricky time of transition, or simply feeling stuck, know that you’re looking in a great place for help! I specialize in working with people in their 20's and 30's who may be struggling with a variety of significant challenges.
Anxiety can feel uncomfortable and debilitating and can cause countless hours of worry, extreme physical sensations, and interfere with quality of life. Therapy can help to improve these symptoms and get you back to doing the things you enjoy.
Life can be difficult and seem unmanageable at times. Taking the step to begin therapy is an important and personal decision. I believe that healing is a collaborative journey that requires honest caring without judgment. I cooperatively assist my clients in what they want during treatment.
My goal is to provide an inviting, safe, and judgment-free atmosphere to work with you through tough times and promote clarity of thought and forward movement, including the science-backed use of visualization and imagery to help you harness the power of mindful awareness.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 27 years of experience in the mental health field. I have vast experience with children, adults, couples, and families dealing with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, panic disorder, anxiety, behavioral issues, ADHD, and life stressors.
It's my goal to help you feel respected and create a safe environment for you to share what you need to during therapy. It is my intention to empower you, strengthen your individuality, help to strengthen your belief that you have great worth, and not to foster dependency.
Even if you’ve tried therapy before and were disappointed with the process, I encourage you to try again. Sometimes, all it takes is finding the right person that “clicks” with you, and I’d love to be that therapist for you.
I feel that everyone can benefit of therapy and I aim in my sessions to make the experience both
rewarding and fun. I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, burnout, and
creating a better well-balanced lifestyle.
Are you worried that your problems are too small for therapy? They aren’t. Or do your problems seem too big for anyone to be able to help? They aren’t. Big, small, or somewhere in between, I can help walk you through your concerns.
