Opening up and sharing struggles and vulnerabilities can be a scary experience- I hope to provide you with a non-judgmental and supportive environment to help you feel the most comfortable.  My goal is to give you what you need from therapy- skills, support, validation, and listening ear, whatever it may be.

 

I am a licensed professional counselor and have been working in the field since 2015. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults working through anxiety, depression, trauma, and family stressors. My approach is strength-based and tailored to each client, often pulling techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. No two clients are alike and your experience in therapy should be unique to you.

 

Whether you are experiencing anxiety over a recent change or wanting to process through an event long ago, I am here for you.  There is no wrong time to begin therapy!  We will work together to set goals and get you to a place of peace.
