Dawn is the warm, friendly and caring person who greets you on the phone, makes expert matches between clients and therapists, and sets up your initial appointment. She's also a writer who blogs on all things mental health and works on the behind-the-scenes digital marketing magic. Before joining Integrity, Dawn worked many years in client-centered healthcare settings and with insurance companies. She lives in Plum with her husband, two kids, and a giant dog, who all enjoy watching Pittsburgh sports!

Kevin comes to the Integrity Family with solid experience in healthcare-related customer service. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Kevin is Pittsburgh to the core but appreciates the variety of experiences available in other cities, n'at! Kevin is very much an animal lover and will talk your ear off about his cats if you let him!
