I believe that meaningful therapy begins with a strong connection. After more than 35 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have learned that every person brings their own unique experiences, challenges, and strengths into the therapy room. My goal is to provide a supportive, comfortable space where you feel heard, respected, and able to be yourself.

I enjoy working with adults who are looking for a therapist with experience, perspective, and a practical approach to life’s challenges. Many of the clients I work with are professionals, men in midlife and beyond, and older adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, retirement, aging, or major life transitions.

Over the years, I have found that many people spend much of their lives taking care of others, building careers, and meeting responsibilities before deciding it is time to focus on their own mental health and well-being. I appreciate the opportunity to work with clients during these seasons of change and help them better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and find meaningful ways to move forward.
