I’m an experienced, licensed clinical psychologist and have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. In that time, I have helped people with problems from many angles and virtually every “walk of life” and all ages to live more fulfilling lives.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who has worked with children and family services for the majority of my career.  As such, I have worked with clients across the life span, including couples work, substance use and recovery, spiritual dilemmas, parent training, and most recently, elder therapy. 

As a licensed clinical therapist, my goals are to help you embark on a different path that suits your authentic self in a better way. Life is filled with uncertainty and chaos but having a fresh, objective viewpoint often brings clarity.

I have a Ph.D in industrial and organizational psychology which informs a special interest and expertise in work/life balance and wellness issues. I feel that everyone can benefit of therapy and I aim in my sessions to make the experience both
rewarding and fun.

At its heart, therapy is a conversation; I will use both intellect and intuition to help you to put your life back in focus. We’ll work together toward increased insight and will practice putting into action practical feedback from each session.

I have spent the last 10 years working for and with children, families, teachers, and staff in educational and home settings. I have helped children and adults cope with trauma, life transitions, bereavement, chronic illness, emotion-regulation, and social-emotional skill learning.

My practice focuses on one’s perceptions and experiences with the goal of redirecting negative thoughts and achieving improved feelings and healthier perspectives. I’ve been a licensed therapist for 18 years in Ohio and recently was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

I hope to provide you with a non-judgmental and supportive environment to help you feel the most comfortable. My goal is to give you what you need from therapy- skills, support, validation, a listening ear, whatever it may be.
